And you can vary the filling: add, for example, cooked vegetables or seasonings such as oregano or basil.
Ingredients
1 yolk
2 egg whites
1 chopped tomato
1 tbsp ricotta
Salt and black pepper
Method of preparation
In a small bowl, whisk the yolk with a fork.
Add chopped tomatoes and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites.
Gently, beat the beaten whites to the initial mixture.
Pour the omelette into a round refractory.
Lightly bake in medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
