Ingredients
2 cups cooked cauliflower
1 large egg
1 egg white
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup grated shredded cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Spraying Olive Oil
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Sprinkle olive oil on a baking sheet.
A one bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put a spoon of the mixture in the hands and shape the tots.
Distribute them in the tray.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning over half the time.
Remove when golden.
